All the year long, we organize courses of homemade pasta, taught directly by the staff of Taverna Restaurant. The course lasts one day, during the morning we begin to prepare and to knead the dough that will be let standing for a while, and in the meantime, we are going to offer  a special breakfast! Then the dough is rolled out and cut into narrow and soft strips. Each attendee has the chance to bring home his own pasta and we offer our meat sauce as seasoning.
